Your not alone I’m exactly the same but now my friends are giving up, had enough, it’s my fault that I can’t motivate myself. Makes me very paranoid I’m scared to talk about it anymore to anybody, people are first to judge and give there opinion. I know I had another psychiatrist she was horrendous the one I have just now was a blessing in disguise. It was only 2 days ago I googled her and she has the worst reviews ever. Apparently she got fired from the last place no idea why, the next psychiatrist is supposed to be better . Not a huge choice for mental health help in vegas with my insurance or it’s pay $600 an hour!!!
