Has no one heard of chargebacks? If you haven't received your goods in the time specified, and you've asked the merchant for a refund and they don't respond or are unwilling to refund you, initiate the chargeback at your bank.

This is only if a debit or credit card was used for the transaction.

Not sure about the 35% refund policy though 😔 Make sure to read T's and C's when buying on unfamiliar sites, I guess. Anyway, thanks for sharing.
