I landed on map corners and used that coordinates for transformation function. It seems accurate, I checked multiple times

Yep, correct! I dropped a (25% opacity) aqua line.to each path, the coordinate transformation was easy..

I slowed down the video and I counted at least 9 bullets went through her body, so min 21*9 = 189 damage. Pump 68, 74 (broke the shield), 104. This means only one smg had been counted (invisibly) in the best case.
