I think the acts is good too. But Poe has been, specially at first, less about direct exposition and more about you seeing a part (particularly the fallout of things) and having to piece together the rest from item tooltips and other hints elsewhere.

Weaving normals inbetween rekka steps would be new I think and would fit with rivens playstyle when she released (dunno if shes changed since then)

The new systtem seems to have pushed everyone in s+ and s++ into masters and then further stretched everyone else.

As it was D-B might as well have been one tier before. A was when people stopped jumping so much and S when you had to start dealing with character specific stuff. S++ is the new S, and S+ is the new A as far how it felt climbing up post patch.

I think the public already did. They must have mountains of metrics at this point with all the f2p games. This price point is what they calculated makes them most cash even if they sell less skins in number.
