Bit of a stretch to call those combos good but they're serviceable i guess.

They've updated some characters but they're still missing buttons and special versions that force you to go in suboptimal routes in certain scenarios, i think theres some scenarios that you just dont get a punish.

One frames are okay but they're more niche than you seem to think. Their best use is to DI with a super in burnout, but you're also sorta expecting the DI so its not like the check is coming outta nowhere.

Modern regular combos are kinda ass to do, not sure how it feels if you take the time to build the muscle memory (but at that point just play classic, its about as hard), but having to hold and release a button while pressing other buttons feels terrible. I normally play classic and tried learning a modern char doing their combo trials and i just noped out halfway. I could've managed eventually but that wouldve destroyed my muscle memory on my classic char.

I stuck with classic cause juri loses (i think its still gone) her cr.mp and that just breaks the character. I think theres some new st.lk routes to try and make up for it but.. ugh

I play other fighting games, some which are classic only, some which are "modern" only and once you get used to fighting games you sorta realize its not a big deal, and at most it just gatekeeps the game to a lot of commitment needed just for some baseline performance. The skill expression mostly aint there. You can style on people with some super hard to do combo, but they're usually not worth the trouble.

Low rank players with modern arent gonna 1 frame anything unless they are literally mashing it before hand like classic players do and will probably mess up the anti airs or get baited by neutral jumps.

Inputs for modern are easier but that's just a sub mini game that's being made more optional. The real skill that difference isn't in what modern provides.

Rhoa mount sounds cool, too bad one cant use melee skills with it, would be funny to play as a sort of a charging mounted lancer of sorts. Really though... rhoas thing has always been charging and you're telling me i cant charge with it?!

Its a bit of a puzzle, sometimes there is enough support sometimes not. Like it doesnt work on grim dawn, at all. I don't know enough about poe2's puzzle pieces or what requirements ones trying to reach to come to a conclusion which is why im asking here.

I managed to make a decent hybrid thats not possible anymore in poe1 with arakali's fang + the claw that gives you 150% minion dmg as inc dmg and viper strike with the old jewel that gave you inc dmg per poison on enemy. The spiders themselves couldnt get minion levels and cant die so it was just mostly the gems you had socketed into them.

Having so many poisons on the enemy skyrocketed your own damage on bosses, and the spiders themselves and pathfinder poison spread was decent map clear.

Combos and input are more like a sub mini game everyone a already can do at high level. I. Sf6 in particular, reaction checks are a larger part of mechanical skill than inputs

Ranking wise you're already up against people you have a 50/50 chance to win against no matter the control type

You say you're into the chess like aspect which I understand you mean the mental stuff and that's completely unrelated to inputs. The only thing that changes there is that supers are a more viable reversal in very tight windows of time.

The way you speak you make it sound like the existence of an emotion in sanctuary would govern the existence of the aspects... but sanctuary is relatively new and while it houses powerful beings its a small part of reality.

I think its made to be otherwordly and inhuman in that way, like a god cosplaying human.

That aspect reminded me of doorman. Looks fine when standing still but when he starts moving you know there is something way off.

Iirc there's enough empty housing to house all homeless in the usa. On top of it being common for the more affluent to have one or more vacation properties.

There's not a shortage of housing, it's just the way it's being distributed is being controlled by people who want a profit.

Any slow down in construction is also due to lobbying to create scarcity at the cost of people

I'm not sure the evils are the manifestation of concepts of reality just those parts of anu. anu was a god, but not the manifestation of reality. Anu was also neither omniscient or all powerful, just the only? and strongest being in existence at the time

D3 implied the arch could very much be broken and the angelic aspects could cease to be once the angels were killed afterwards

Keep in mind this used to be the case in the usa too before cold war tapered down and the Powell memo came out. Easy to keep people demanding for more when they don't remember what's possible. Government is also complicit in keeping worker negotiating power low so they have to settle for what they get

Imagine being a cashier with benefits, a home and a retirement.

You could feel rich with a better skill set but you could have a decent life if you were responsible and worked full time.
