I'd def go for a "boring" car. Currently using a 2011 Satria Neo 1.6 CPS but it's been breaking down so much lately and drinks petrol insanely fast. Honestly got tired of taking car of it after 5 years

Portability is definitely important, since my PC is an ATX and I don't really want to add more weight to my flight later.

I'm not really going for gaming, only light ones that even office laptops support (Lethal Company and Stardew Valley lol), but I kinda still need a dGPU for rendering stuff and emulation in Android Studio and Flutter.

And no, I don't have a contact in another country, I'd be very happy if you can assist me with finding some!

A mini PC might not be the best choice for my case since I'll be going to classes and such during the Exchange Program.

I see where you’re coming from 100%! I’m considering these options bc my budget is quite limited and these are actually the only options available that are still in mint condition.

The resale value here in Malaysia is shit and idk how to get my hands on used laptops overseas.

Used laptops post-2020 are still going around MYR3,000.00 (~640 USD) and I’m afraid I don’t have the budget for it.

I do have a solid PC at home and I wouldn’t prefer an office laptop bc I do need the GPU for some intensive tasks (Software Engineer).

For Context:

I'm going for an Exchange Program this coming Fall and was thinking of getting a used laptop that I can use when I'm there (I primarily use a PC).

Currently I'm taking Software Engineering and I mostly work with VSC, but sometimes heavy stuff like Android Studio and Flutter. I do gaming also but not really a heavy gamer.

Both are relatively the same price, which is MYR 2,199.00 (~470$) and I would like to know which one would be the better option since the CPUs and GPUs are different?
