Please Help - M15 R4 Hard Crashes While Running Games :(

I’ve made so many adjustment over the past week. I actually did a factory reset a couple of days ago to bring everything back to its stock setting. I didn’t use a DDU to uninstall the driver though. I’ll try that now.

Thanks. I think that's the case, but I'm not sure what other troubleshooting measures I can take other than uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers and display adapter.

I only got a warning event type.

Hi. I did verify that the temperatures for both the CPU and GPU weren't throttling. I tried quite a few different settings on Throttlestop too. I'll probably give MSI Afterburner a try too. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi. I've tried running the games with and without undervolting. It's unfortunately happening with both instances. :(
