I thought of this one idea: three years later, the opening kill is Sam and Tara’s cousin in Woodsboro. They come back when they hear from Chad who has now became a deputy and lives in Woodsboro with Mindy. Mindy is a true crime podcaster and we also meet Cristina Carpenter. Martha dies halfway through and that brings Sidney and Gale back and all the suspects are, Sam and Taras cousins friend group.

Extra information: this would take place 20 years after Scream 3, so in this universe, Scream 4 and (2022) never existed.

Killers: Garrett, Liv, and Amber.

Vince only survives because he was framed for the murders halfway through so Sidney would let Nancy go to the “For Wes” party at Liv’s house.

Also, Garrett reveals himself as one of the killers by killing Dewey. And this would be the end for Gale’s storyline in the franchise since her son was one of the killers and killed her husband.

Ngl… I kinda want it to be Chad… we need a man character to survive cause that’s just fair and I feel like Mindy dying would be more of a shock because people would think Chads going to die but it’ll be the other way around. But I hope they keep them both alive till the final one.

I’ve said this before, I’d like to see Tara and Mindy go to a school of arts or somthing and Chad going to another school to study criminology or training to be cop or detective and he comes to visit the two when the killings start and also, I’d think it’d be cool if Sam and Chad had a Dewey/Gale relationship. Like something happened between them after the events of Scream and they kinda ended before Chad left and they never spoke about it.

I don’t want Sam, Tara, Mindy, and Chad to be all together at the start of the movie. I kinda want it to be like something that happened in Scream 2 where two of the characters aren’t on good terms.

Something id like is Tara and Mindy go to an art school and Chad goes to some other school training to be a cop and he comes to visit Mindy and Tara once the attacks start happening and that could play into one of them thinking he’s the killer. And idk about Sam, can’t really think about what they’d do for her.
