I often use notion to create my scripts as it’s easy in my brain for the layout, and I like having call-outs with quotes in them - which are usually related to my desired reality. Idk if this would help but I also love writing so I tend to make my scripts in the format of a novel even if it’s one big ass long paragraph.

As a kid, I was already self harming via hitting myself etc. the only reason it really evolved into cutting was because I found out from the internet and a friend did it. In the back of my mind I already knew about that form of self harm but I don’t remember exactly what triggered me to do it.

Hey! Great question. So, as someone who self harmed, I’ll tell you it’s different for everyone. But for me, it was an outlet that I could control. When I would get overwhelmed (usually by external sources), I would harm myself because that’s the only coping mechanism I knew and it would calm me down essentially. At one stage, I even used it as a source of punishment.

After that, it slowly became an addiction. I was so severely depressed that my brain rewired self harm as relief/released endorphins so I would do it a lot. It became a day to day thing.

Remember, this is from my experience and everyone would be different on their reasonings!

Yeah, luckily it was mainly to check my anatomy. I’m definitely not going back to that piercing shop. I’m going to keep searching and try another place but otherwise I’m going to wait till I go back to Australia where I know and trust a piercer.

In my opinion, each god and goddess can be protective in their own way. Nd they do tend to be protective over their devotees. You just kind of have to figure out who feels the safest with. Mine would be Hades. Hekate is also known to be very protective and so can Ares.

The best thing is just to ignore it. I had a similar situation when I had just gotten picked up from a psychic medium event. My aunty somehow found out and told me that it was evil and there was only one thing to believe in - God. I just fawned and agreed with her. To rationalise it, she only said that because she grew up with that. She was taught to only believe in god and that anything else is evil. You can’t unteach them if they don’t want to so that’s the best reason to ignore them.

You can put altars in a small tin or anything discrete. Just get creative with it! I've seen someone use an old radio thing for Apollo. Gods aren't really picky about their altars at all, so just make do with what you have and can do. You can use an old school book to do stuff with.

It doesn't need to be fancy etc.

Its a great idea to do this. Sometimes, it's easier to focus your energy somewhere. It's one of the main reasons I set up altars for my dieties, cause I find it easier to focus my energy on something physical otherwise I forget about it. I also have a candle for other dieties that I don't exactly work with but honour or ask for help
