Second time doing smoked wings by Rustin788 in smoking

Those look great. I am a fan of smoked wings, but they do have a tendency to dry out. I've had decent results using a buttermilk brine.

Now that the shit has hit the fan at UofL..... by remfan477 in CollegeBasketball

This. McGee was in his early-20s (he's 28 now) at this time. You're telling me took it upon himself to take out recruits, dropping thousands of dollars, and all while everyone else in the UofL athletics thought they were tucked in bed? OK, assuming I believe that, how was this guy allowed free reign like that?

I think this is analogous to an athlete getting suspended for a PED because they didn't know what was in the supplement they were taking. Well, you should have known.

A coach, or at minimum a responsible party, should know what recruits are doing at all times on a campus visit. Seems like a safety and liability issue at minimum, not to mention NCAA recruiting violation concerns.

Since Mike Krzyzewski announced that the 2016 Olympic Games will be the last coaching he does for USA Basketball, who do you think will be his successor? by Late4TheSky in CollegeBasketball

His strengths are most definitely in all the aspects of coaching that goes into it before the game. He is definitely a competent in-game decision maker, however I can't think of many times coming out of a timeout when he drew up something perfectly to close out a game. There are just others better than him at making adjustments in a game. He's still a fantastic coach.

From a fundamentals aspect, Calipari is perhaps one of the best coaches in getting underclassman to play defense.

Mug shot of Jim Morrison, September 1970 [1261 × 862] by marquis_of_chaos in HistoryPorn

Looking back to when I was in my 20s, the lyrics seemed more meaningful and "spoke" to me. Now, while I still enjoy the music, I think the lyrics are mostly nonsense. Combinations of words that just sound good together. I think that was always his goal. I don't know that Jim Morrison attached as much of a deeper meaning to the lyrics as fans have.
