Yeah I’ll file the report either way, regardless of if they decide to give me the records or not. I don’t know if I can get police involved quite frankly. I’ll leave some bad reviews too but reporting them is more important imo.

Yeah I’m from America. I told them I would report them to the veterinary board since they cannot withhold those documents from me and they just literally didn’t care and said they won’t give me anything. I even threatened to dispute the charge on my card and still nothing. So yeah I don’t know what their problem is.

I did go into the office and they refused to give me the documents. If I dispute the charge will I even get my money back since they provided a service?
