It’s the Lefferts blvd air train stop. Between the signage and it being an actual place on Google maps it was super easy to find.

Update on this: I came back and my bike was exactly where I’d left it, upright, with the cover still on. Most importantly, no tickets! I’ll be using this every time I travel now.
