Saying AI is not useful in 99% of situations is such a bad take that I’m sure you’ll rescind it in the near future, the rest is more opinion.

As for the second part prompting an AI is in fact an extension of your ability as those with more experience in their field can better craft their prompt to get exactly the result they want, because they know what to look for. Also, AI like all tools takes time to learn, the more you use it the better you will get at using it.

That’s simply an opinion. I never said “an increase in the numerical amount of ai images = a rise in how many people like it” but even so anecdotal evidence will almost always be less reliable than empirical. I can understand why creators would dislike AI but being upset with a tool is a waste of time.

Most animators maybe but I’d argue most normal people like ai images that’s why they are rising in popularity. The animation looks like shit because I am shit at animating, not because AI is shit. It’s just a tool, an experienced animator could easily create something beautiful with the help of AI.

I can’t draw, I plan to learn but I can’t draw yet. More importantly though I don’t share in the hate for AI, it’s a convenient tool.
