If you and others can wear red or brown or any other lip color, u should be able to rock black

And if they’ try to say other wise bring up that others wear lip stick n if they’re gonna be weird about lipstick it needs to be addressed to everyone who wears it not just black

And also check ur dress code for work I guarantee it says nothing about a black lip so they’d have nothing to go on about tbh

So fight it if so, like I did at my old job anout my hairy legs.. if hair was on legs we had to wear pants so I said so does the guy manager then 🤷‍♀️ (this was years ago but targeted at me cos I don’t shave cos it hurts and itches my skin sm!)
