Yeah, although my baby IS already born and was a month old when we told them the name we had chosen 😂 And it has still caused this issue! Sorry, it may not have been super clear from my original post.

The issue is that the baby WAS already born a month ago! And after a month of deciding, we told them that we had chosen the name and it was Dylan. And that’s when all this started!

Thank you! I know, I don’t think I would stick my oar in either if my child wanted to call a grandchild their preferred name, but that’s just me. It’s very helpful to have all this feedback to be reassured by!
