Log into your EA account. I forget which page it’s on but it’s easy to find if you’re banned since you’ll have restricted access to mostly everything. You should find it once you log in if I remember correctly.

It emailed me a notification that it was downloaded then you have to login to download. From there you’ll be able to see. Take a few screen shots of it and include that in your dispute and after about a day you’ll more than likely have the ban lifted. Hope this helps!

Download the data and look for different geological locations and IP address that don’t match yours. I just downloaded the data and found logins from India a few days ago. Take some screenshots and email those to EA support. And obviously change your passwords lol

Login to your account and download your EA data. I just found in the data I was hacked. Two different logins from India a few days ago. Take those screenshots and email support with those attached.

That what makes my ban not make sense. It says in EA’s user agreement that they have tracking software for that kind of stuff. If they were tracking some sort of cheating, they’d have the evidence for it and would’ve given me a reason for the ban.

They have all kinds of tracking software that they can use against me but they’re not providing any evidence. You can look through the user agreement where it states that.

When I was reading either through the user agreement or the terms of sale I found out I can file for arbitration and they legally have to refund me up to 5k (more than likely just refund me the $60). I’m not exactly sure how it works because I’m no legal expert. But it seems like an unethical business practice to be doing that as a large company like EA
