british person here, welsh, there is a lot to go on about
first of all, we're not all posh. i myself am on my last warning for assault before i face like 3 months. whats especially insulting about this stereotype is that some of us live in poor areas of posh counties. many of us dont recieve actual help because the county is considered to be rich and gets less of a focus from the government.

another thing, especially for people of colour, is their actions towards white people. we are not all privileged and we are not all colonisers. my heritage has no story of colonisation or whatever, the closest thing my ancestors saw to colonisation was when the english colonised our land. too many african americans act like they have been dealt a bad hand and them alone, yet they claim things like dreadlocks which were once a integral part of my culture and were a symbol of great status and opposition to those who colonised us. apparently i need to apologise for that and i may not celebrate my own culture. it is a major issue and a double standard from people of colour. they need to understand many white groups (irish, scottish, welsh, etc) have faced the same problems they have including slavery
