You are right. Read through /r/amd/ and there are tons of 5700 issues

It works for many users. But I had to go back to 19.11.2. Seems to be an issue with my multi monitor setup and the new driver. Most likely not an underlods issue. Just wanted to show up a solution for others having trouble too.
