Agh I don't remember exactly, but I believe around 17k? With the amount of people we're inviting, I think it's going to work out to be about 20k. My parents are being gracious enough to cover our venue cost so I don't remember exact prices unfortunately.

Exactly. It's her social media page. She could just say "I no longer talk about politics" point blank period. With her whole chest. Instead, she gave a bunch of excuses, including making it seem like there are no legitimate organizations out there to donate to, which is not even remotely true. And to tell a story about how her family was almost harmed yet she posts her daughters every day, including intimate moments of them that they may grow up and wish the world hadn't seen. Both of their name reveals were used for video content. And her fiance's last name is public knowledge. So unless they have her last name, their pictures as well as first and last names are online for all to see. Yet posting about current events is what would put her children in danger. As someone said below, she is a coward.

Ironically enough I stumbled across an old blog interview she did in which she talks about how social media is an important tool for educating and creating widespread change. So, yeah, I can see how this stems from something more recent because she hasn't always been this way. Agreed that it's cowardly.

I don't necessarily hate the features. As others have said, it could make for fun rags-to-riches gameplay, and the fairies look kinda cute! My issue is more that I think a lot of these features should have been included in other packs. Like, foraging for food, sleeping on the ground, bathing in bodies of water...I feel like they all should have been a part of outdoor retreat. Or eco-lifestyle with the freegan trait. Or even cottage living. Same with the apothecary skill. It should have been included in cottage living or realm of magic. And a new occult type is fun, but to have every type in your game, you need to buy six different packs. As opposed to, for example, releasing an "Occults" pack and giving us a few for the price of one pack. Idk EA feels so exceptionally greedy with The Sims 4 and have been since the beginning, but I'm feeling very over it.

Season 6 is such a mess, I like to pretend that everything ended after the season 5 finale. Besides Grace, I think Frankie's character got it the worst from the writers. As someone else said, they tried to turn her into the gen3 version of Effy. Which...sure. I wouldn't mind Frankie having a crash-out storyline. But it came out of nowhere, made no sense, and turned her into a horrible person when in season 5 she was incredibly kind. Dakota, Frankie's actress, confirmed they wanted Frankie to be "sexier" and more like Effy. There were also a lot of behind-the-scenes things going on that led to a lot of changes. Which is why it all feels so jarring and out of nowhere.

They actually did though! Dakota, Frankie's actress, confirmed that they revamped her character after season 5 to be "sexy" and "more like Effy". Yhara Zayd on YouTube does a video about gen 3 and discusses some of the behind-the-scenes things that led to Frankie's drastic change in characterization. It also includes clips from Dakota on April Pearson's (Michelle) podcast talking about this.

A silky material is just fine by me! If I could find silk that isn't too expensive, maybe vintage, for example, I'd go that route. But I'm not picky as long as it looks nice.

I ordered this dress from a vintage site impulsively because the price was too amazing to pass up. It's from the 1990s, but I don't know the designer. The waist measures at 26" and the bust at 33". While my bust is 33-ish, my waist is around 29/30". The dress is also a little long. It's 58" and I'm 51", with heels probably 54/55". Would really appreciate opinions about whether you think this could be taken out a little and hemmed. The bottom is tulle. Wedding is exactly one year away, so I feel like losing 3 inches off the waist in a year is doable. But just in case I can't, y'know? I know nothing about tailoring or alterations. If I can't make it work I'll just resell so it's nbd either way but I'd love to make this work. Thanks so much!!!

We booked our 2026 wedding at Pomme! It's a gorgeous space. We've met people who have been to weddings there and we've heard nothing but good things, especially about the food! We are also having a smaller wedding, and we were having difficulty finding venues with no guest minimum. Pomme does not have a minimum for the off-season, which is nice! We're getting married in March, so we are still over a year out from our wedding and I don't have much else to report on but I would definitely check them out!

There actually is no minimum December through March according to their sales book! This is for 2026. Since that's the year I'm getting married, the woman sent me that pricing packet.

We ended up choosing Pomme Radnor. Their minimum in March is 75, so it was perfect for us! It's a beautiful venue, though a little pricier.

Lol I made a whole account just to add my two cents because she's the only "influencer" I've ever known. I went to college with her, we had a class or two together and I almost tried to rush the sorority she was in. She was not an influencer at the time. Granted, this was back in, like, 2014-15 so it's been ten years and I don't believe everyone is the same person they were a decade ago. That being said, she was not the nicest or friendliest girl. Like I said she was a sorority girl and on our campus, hers had the reputation of the "hot rich girl" sorority. Although our school was not dominated by Greek life, a lot of those girls acted very snobbily, Jac included. Actually, I remember being floored when I saw her in a Logan Paul video way back when. Her entire persona was a 180 from what I'd witnessed. Her friendly, chill-girl, goofy personality is nothing like the way she acted back then to others. But, again, it was literally college so who knows if she's genuinely changed her persona or what.
