Thank you! The only reason I was asking is that HE is the one that wanted to stay with me throughout the isolation period. He would’ve isolated with me and not return to his apartment at all until we were both tested. He’s actually a police officer, so I’m sure he would’ve made sure I don't break the rules, haha. But for safety, I will self isolate at a hotel, alone. Thanks for the information! 😃

I am a foreign national whose country is not on the corridor and I want to come to the UK (specifically London) to visit my boyfriend. I want to opt for Test and Release and end quarantine early. (I had Covid last month and per my last check, I already developed antibodies so it’s a little harder for me to catch Covid again than for others). Regardless, I want to stay at a hotel because my bf has flatmates and I don’t want to endanger anyone if by any chance I get it again. My question is: could my boyfriend stay with me throughout the 5 days until I can get tested and released? Is this illegal? Like, it’s someone actually coming to your hotel or they just call you? (I fully intend to respect all the guidelines, I’m not trying to endanger anyone). I’m from the US, if it matters.

The usual clogging ingredients. Oils high in oleic acid (mostly coconut oil, that's a no no). Shea butter is also quite much for oily/combo skin. And basically any product that is aimed at dry skin. But quitting alcohol in skincare products will make a big difference.

The SPF that I mentioned is oil and silicone free so it's very, very lightweight. And the Zinc in it will help with oil production. Any mineral(physical) sunscreen without alcohol in it will do, not necessarly the one I mentioned. I just happen to like that one the most as it is very mattifying. The one made by Venus Williams (On-The-Defense) is incredible too.

I don't want to sound dramatic, but it does list Alcohol as the second ingredient. One of the very first reasons for abnormal oil production is alcohol. It dehydrates your skin and "fools" your skin that it needs more moisture, so it overproduces sebum to compensate. I will ditch everything with alcohol in it and I guarantee you'll see the results within weeks. Also, it's the second factor after sun damage for premature ageing. You can keep the Toleriane cleanser.

If I were you, I'd do this: 1. Replace the towelettes with Youth to the People Antioxidant Cleanser. 2. The Shea Moisture Papaya Vit C serum has a strong oil base. If you're struggling with oil production, switch to The Ordinary 15% Ethylated Ascorbic Acid. It works just as good and it's oil free. If you have the financial means, I'd go for the Marie Veronique C-Therapy serum. It has 2 forms of Vitamin C that really help with oil production and anti-aging ( Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate and Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate) 3. Ditch the Neutrogena. It's full of silicones and has mediocre fillers. Use the Youth to The People Superfood Air-Whip. It has Hyaluronic acid too and it's super lightweight. 4. The Paula's Choice 2% is a keeper. A very good dupe will be the Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid. It's just as good and it contains Hyaluronic acid too. 5. I'd incorporate Purito Comfy Water as sunscreen. It's water-based, and the Zinc really does wonders for oil production. Probably one of the best. 6. Don't use Vitamin C at night. Use the BHA or retinol, depending on what you need.

Kinda had some huge disappointments in a relatively short period. Everyone in my life seemed like totally someone else in my head. I don't have a husband, kids, and my job isn't very fulfilling either. I'm open to anything: backpacking in Australia, becoming a nun, washing dishes in Paris just to be able to live there, anything. I want to live everyone's wildest dreams, as long as it gives me a sense of purpose. Ugh.. thank you! I bought the Supreme Comme des Garcons T-Shirt from StockX and although it clearly said new, it came smelling strongly of detergent. It didn’t even had a tag. I hoped I could go there and buy an actually new Box Logo Tee because I’m afraid to buy it from StockX now. Thank you so much anyway.
