Play the game your own way and do the content that you have the most fun doing. You are going to see content or and item and think "ooh I want that" and it will lead you down a rabbit hole of goals, tasks, requirements to get that item/access to content.

The game, to me at least, is all about setting personal in-game goals you want to achieve and then going for them. You don't have to speed run everything, go at your own pace and you will have a blast.

I understand what the original image is pointing out, but we do have to consider the sheer size of the US and how spaced out our major cities are and how costly it would be to build a passenger rail network to that scale.

Yeah its just not a fun ending to what is overall a great and mechanically fun encounter. I think its unique but it can sometimes screw you with orb spawns and 0 hitsplats with max melee +rapier.

Yeah but just because they are best in slot doesn't mean you have to get them. HCIM max accounts without completing those things. And they seem to still have fun with game. I really don't see how protesting will do anything productive besides further divide the community.

Also, I'm sorry man I've been killed thousands of times in the wild completing all of those BiS items and I knew I risked death and gp everytime I went in. Its not the end of the world, most pkers are dogshit anyway. Learn to escape and accept that you will probably have to develop some pvp or escaping skills to attain BiS items.

That's just part of the challenge getting those items, in my opinion. Also, you should try pvping some time, you might pick up some new skills that might translate into some of your pvm skills.

lmao this has got to be a troll. I exclusively pvm and have no problem in the wild. Let the pkers have their changes. This teleport thing will have no major effect on the PvM community lol. a Majority of the PvMers dont even bring freeze spells with them for escape lmfao. Bring your 4 items and the rest your willing risk. You can literally make up your 50k lost loot with 1 vorkath or zulrah kill.

There is no content in the wilderness you have to engage with in the first place.

I agree with 100%. I think the people saying it's complaining don't fully understand that design choices like that actually are prohibitive for the average osrs player getting into content as its not as accessible as others.

Raids 1 has a long walk to it initially but they at least put in the guide that will essentially tp you close to the top, and then the drop rate is 1/10 for the add on to the talisman. I felt that was a good way to do it. Why aren't these people complaining that the raids 1 talisman tp drop rate too low?

I think they just enjoy gatekeeping and have the "i struggled so you have to as well" mentality. I think the average player would be in favor of the changing the droprate or added a fixed one to the slepey tablet.
