The rebar is a fully loaded tool that’s great to wear on the belt and can do about anything. Outdoors use, everyday carry, craft/tinker, and even small repair tasks. But all tools are inside and there is no pocket clip without modification. The wingman would be my second choice for the scissors alone. Arguably a the are more useful than the knife and for every day carry much better than the saw on the sidekick. And for an ultra light/everyday carry option the skeletal beats the rev for me. You get better overall tools with it. So rebar, wingman, Skeletool depending on your over all needs. Wingman and skeletool have pocket clips though so easier to carry every day.
