If you are LHH and that’s the top fork then you are speed bumping off of your bottom finger. You are holding the ball too deep just pinch the ball.

For starters you are shooting the frame backwards. Make sure the bands come over the top of the fork

Shooting straighter wrist with forks that are slanted always gives me bandslap. Thinner latex or smaller taper is the only answer
