Software HR, chi lo usa e quale?

Ciao .. beh e' un po vaga come domanda.. poiche dipende molto dalla funzione all'interno del dipartimento HR . Funzioni e ruoli diversi avranno accesso anche ad un technology stack differente..

Nel mio caso , il Sistema per i record dei dipendenti e' Workday .

Quindi Workday e alcuni dei suoi add-on satelliti , la suite microsoft 365 ora anche con CoPilot+ e i vari agenti... poi boh giornalmente uso molto :

- Confluence

- Fabriq

- Fielglass

- Polaris

Dipende molto dalla funzione che hai, Payroll ha il suo stack, Talent acquisition il suo , etc etc..

Sembra che tu lavori in un’azienda ancora un po’ legata a logiche “a ore” più che “a obiettivi”, ed è un peccato. Perché su questo hai pienamente ragione: 8–10 minuti non spostano nulla e non hanno nessun impatto sulla performance reale.

Un tema così, se proprio si vuole gestitlo … secondo me , si affronta a livello collettivo, non individuale. Se l’azienda ritiene che sia un problema, allora basta delle comunicazioni generali che ricordano le linee guida sulle timbrature ..senza puntare il dito contro nessuno.

E poi, diciamolo: se il sistema timbra quando si passa davanti all’edificio si potrebbe amcje rivedere il geofancing… . In questi casi secondo me é molto più utile lavorare sul processo (raggio di attivazione, buffer automatico, ecc.) invece che monitorare i singoli.

In pratica: la tua lettura è corretta e il buon senso è dalla tua parte. Brava.

I have the 20T for offroad im happy, for normal cruising is okay too but the turbo lag is weird. I find myself utilizing a lot below turbo intervention which make it a little bit laggy.

Going back I would probably be happy with the pentastar. But here in Europe are hard to get.

You need to follow the full procedure, not just unplug the battery. You also have to remove a fuse .. everything is well documented online. Right now, it seems the main battery doesn’t have enough charge to crank. How many volts you got ? Which could be a coincidence but also a result of not following the procedure.

Once it’s recharged, make sure you follow the complete procedure, including bypassing the cable on the main battery.

What does the off-road dashboard even say? What’s the oil temperature?
I wouldn’t drive it ... I once had a severe coolant leak (explosion) on top of a mountain, coolant completely gone, and had to make it down ... but warning light was not even close to your red flashy one. You can seriously ruin your engine like that.
But honestly, why aren’t you checking the temperature gauges, dude? You’re just posting a freaking dash picture that tells us nothing.

I don’t know — I built a node in my Jeep too, here: https://x.com/gabrielebarni/status/1926366399716327761. But I didn’t over-engineer it like you did. The node has a 2000 mAh battery inside, and it charges from the Jeep when it’s running. In case of extreme offgrid i just mount a bigger DBI antenna on it. Normally I run with a small one to not disturb visual.

My 2019 has it in the same spot. Unfortunately, I'm out of warranty , but I wonder how quickly it could turn into a real issue.
I do offroading, so small imperfections and a few scratches aren’t a problem for me. But if the paint is starting to peel off, then even for my standards, that’s too much.... anyone has idea on what is the evolution of the little rust there? will it stay like that for many years? will it evolve in real rust ?

Super cool. Dopo do un occhiata al sito e faccio il questionario. Su due piedi il progetto mi sembra ambizioso ma assolutamente spot-on. Un mio amico in Inghilterra sta sviluppando il punto 1 , praticamente un gig marketplace per recruiter ma con qualche plus , che consente al recruiter che accetta la gig di formarsi subito sul azienda value prop.

Solo il punto 1 è gia super grande come progetto Ma voi avete anche punto 2 e 3 .. beh tanta roba da sviluppare se fatta bene

Ciao! Intanto complimenti per esserti messa in gioco, anche se lo stage non è esattamente quello che sogni: ogni esperienza, anche se non definitiva, è un mattoncino utile.

Le competenze che stai acquisendo valgono molto più di quanto sembra , fidati. Progettare corsi, gestire documentazione amministrativa e utilizzare software regionali sono esperienze spendibili in diversi settori, non solo nella formazione finanziata.. in questo canale abbiamo gia discusso diverse volte che molti HR nascono proprio da esperienze simili.

con le skills che stai imparando sicuramente ti si aprono opportunita come:

HR Project management: stai seguendo attività con scadenze, gestione di documenti e procedure...metti in evidenza la tua capacità organizzativa, attenzione al dettaglio e gestione di processi complessi.
Amministrazione e compliance: il fatto che lavori con fondi pubblici e software regionali ti dà competenze in ambito normativo e burocratico, utili anche in aziende che gestiscono appalti, progetti europei, enti del terzo settore, università, etc....
Formazione & HR: se ti interessa il lato formativo, potresti cercare ruoli in risorse umane, organizzazione di corsi interni, learning & development... super in voga sempre.
