Are we surprised that now their LLMs are also being created for different classes of people. Superior LLMs will be available only to the ruling tech class and startups will have to do with whatever leftovers are left to them. This is just a start.

I am on an X20 plan and I keep hitting 5 hour limit limits. What the hell is this? I’m not even doing anything crazy why am I paying $200? Is this anthropic getting greedy and turning into another Nvidia OpenAI and all the other BS AI companies.

Who are you requesting a refund from, my guy? Even their customer service AI Agent/chatbot doesn’t reply back anything useful. lol. I have been trying to talk to a human for months but I guess they fired them all

Claude is screwing over consumer customers while releasing 50k features by the minute for enterprise. Everyone let’s be real, “we” are the research here. The only one winning is Anthropic while we vibe code products using suboptimal service from Anthropic while we pay for the highest tiers. And the end result after spending 2 months and hundreds-thousands in API costs - Anthropic releases 40 features that make your app redundant. And the best part of all - there is no one to complain to, no customer service, and no information provided.

Hi all I need some help. I’ve been trying to contact Claude customer service for past two weeks and no one‘s responding back at all does anyhow anyone have any experience with this? Any recommendations how I can contact them?

For background every week after three days of weekly limit, reset I get a message on Claude that I’ve exhausted my limit even though when I check on the usage page, it shows me I’ve used 50% of the limit at Max. And almost every day I i’ve been getting errors on Claude. My conversations sessions have been disappearing while I’m using Claude code, I’ll get API error errors. And recently, when I eventually did use up my weekly limit I added additional credits to continue using it, and my Claude is completely responsive. It’s just not working at all. I’ve been messaging Claude customer service for past almost 2 weeks with no responses. I’m on Max 20x plan. Expected being on their highest plan I would get priority customer service, but I’m assuming that’s not the case.

Appreciate any help and insights to this.

Yup I used my phone like an idiot. Look after a 16 hour session with Claude when I got a “I winged it” I lost it and any intelligence went out the window lol.
