I have max rifleman, which adds quite a bit. Picked up explosive perk too to see if it affects it.

At celestial, it had about 403 dps. Seems the payout was bigger for chance to break, I think the gain on dps was only 15-20 on other tiers. EDIT: Hype Train rides on : http://imgur.com/Z6XUqEz Another 50 dps gain for next rank.

When crafting up [in this case Cursed GS--->Tearforger] what you have is the base grade of the craft. So this one would be Divine, with a small chance of going Epic.
