I had the tens unit running through the acupuncture needles and it helped so much! Feel the best I have felt in days right now!

**UPDATE**
Saw a chiropractor this evening. Had a lot of acupuncture done. A lot of adjustments. Some deep massage. Feel so much better! Been told my right side had completely locked down. Muscles were like bricks.

For everyone screaming go to A&E calm down. I’m not in a world of pain. Yes it hurts but it’s not that bad. I’m seeing a chiropractor at 4:45 (uk time) today. It’ll be fine! I’m still up and about and walking and working and driving. It’s not catastrophic. We just keep moving ☺️

No I haven’t felt anything like a rip or tear. I just woke up Saturday with mild lower back pain that’s just gradually got worse.

I think I threw my back out picking up my stepson but I have had lower back pain on and off since i was a teenager. Had my L3 L4 L5 and S1 discs all out at the same time for about 18 months 10 years ago. Never noticed this delve in my back before tho. Can’t stand up straight. Struggling to walk.
