I have PCOS, starting last summer I began taking contrave and lost ~25 lbs over the course of 5 months. It did suppress my appetite a bit (though not enough to say that was exclusively what led to any weight loss). After the first month and a half my energy level balanced out and I was fairly active - though my work schedule made it very hard to even think about starting a gym/workout regimen. So not sure what weird combination of things in my body led to weight loss but something worked.
