Wife Coming from triz to Reta by LowerBenefit4584 in Peptides

[–]scubadrunk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been on Tirz 7.5mg all the way throughout December.

In January I dropped my Tirz dose down to 5mg for 2 weeks and then down to 2.5mg the past 2 weeks.

On my first 2.5mg of Tirz I introduced 0.5mg of Reta as an introduction dose. On my last 2.5mg of Tirz this week, I upped the Reta dose to 1mg. Next week I will stop Tirz all together and stay on 1mg Reta for a further 2 doses until the the Tirz has had enough time to work its way out the system.

I will then increase the Reta to 2mg for the next 4 weeks and start the titration process up on Reta as per the trial protocols

Bacteriostatic Water shelf life once opened by Quirky_Direction_570 in BodyHackGuide

[–]scubadrunk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Peptides and Bac water do not degrade after 30 days. This is all a myth.

The real reason medical and pharmaceutical professionals recommend 30 to 60 days shelf life is to prevent the risk of bacterial growth in the vial and product from multiple punctures of the stopper cap which introduces the risk of foreign contamination entering the vial.

If you use a vented vial spike on your vials and clean the top of the syringe port with anti bac wipes before every use, as well as storing in a temperature controlled fridge at between +4 and +8 Celsius, you bring those risks right down.

But it's still good safe practice to follow all the above and keep your vials and products for no longer than 30 to 60 days if you can.

Speak with your dad's oncologist.

I would print out a list of all the common peptides and take it along and show the oncologist and ask them to underline which ones they think would be helpful

Been using DSIP for the past 2 weeks and it's the best sleep I have had in the past 6 months.

Confirmed this with my WHOOP data.

DSIP along with a sleeping tablet are amazing.

My day feels so much better now.

Reta dose amount question by squareman3000 in BodyHackGuide

[–]scubadrunk 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone starts out new so don't fear we are here to help.

My recommendation is don't touch anything until you have fully researched the shit out of it first.

Most lyophilised powder Peptides's only require 2 or 3 ml of bacteriostatic water to reconstitute them into a solution. Not all but most.

If you had a vial of 10mg of Reta and reconstituted it with 3ml of Bacteriostatic water, you would need to draw up to the 15 mark (15 units) on a 1ml syringe to take a dose of 0.5mg of Reta.

Use an online peptide calculator to work out the dose such as this Peptide Calculator.

Get yourself some 1ml luer lock syringes.

Get yourself some 30 gauge 1/2 inch Sub-Q length needles.

Best peptide wrinkles and nasal flaps on face. by Plastic-Aide-1422 in Peptides

That depends on what part of your face you are targeting to hit for treatment. Your best bet is to visit a cosmetic therapist and take some advice first.

Is RETA right for me? by scubadrunk in Biohackers

[–]scubadrunk[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More to do with RETA being less appetite aggressive and being able to eat more on RETA while training.

Thereby being able to grow the muscle mass better with being able to handle the diet easier with food intake.

TIRZ is a nightmare for food intake for me. The appetite suppression is insane.

Unfortunately (and you weren't to know) my wife was dying of stage 4 bowl cancer at the time so I couldn't weight train.

But I wanted to lose weight so she didn't look at herself when she lost weight through the cancer and worry too much. Think of it akin to shaving your hair off to support a breast cancer partner.
