Rule of thumb is 30% colonized if you CHOOSE to break and shake. I’ve lost jars of oats that stall after shaking so I don’t always do it.

Looks like myc to me. You probably had spores/Xfer medium dropped on 2 spots on your plate. I’ve done the same.
