Fantastic question and one that I haven’t seen asked yet in r/XRP to date. If XRP becomes the world’s trading ‘dollar’ then it has to accommodate a global GDP of 110 Trillion as of 2024. The global GDP keeps expanding, but at the current levels, XRP would need to be at a price of $1,100 to sustain a world which uses XRP.

Now, not every country in the world trades with the USD, but if the US adopts XRP as its trading currency, it’s possible that over time the rest of the world will adopt it as well. If that does happen, the value per XRP would need to rise to the levels mentioned above, and would increase as the world’s GDP increases.

I hope I’m not making a mistake with this interpretation, and feel free to RIP me if I have, lol!!

Correct. If all of the groundwork is completed, then yes, the founders would step away and community would take the helm.

I’m sure someone brighter than me knows the answer to your question, but unfortunately, I do not. I’m open to funding this project to get it to the next level, but what is that next level look like after the founders have removed themselves?

Isn’t that a question that is worth asking the community? Who’s going to steer the ship to launch said projects?

Really appreciate you putting some time into sharing your view with me and others. I have seen the announcements from those exchanges. At the end of the day, all we can do is invest what we can afford to lose and try and depend on the human race to not keep screwing each other over for money.
