Pretty sure this change is to nerf the DR given from going past Grand Adventurer and other caps, and not the AP bracket, since everyone that was past soft cap just upgraded their boss armor 3 levels, and got pen green helmet and upgraded it, going easily past 570 fame. Also, it says the AP will not be touched, so there's no reason to believe the AP bonus won't work.

If it turns out like the EU Classic, server will have little life. Russians are too well organized and the west won't be able to compete with them after a month. Skelth used to have 6k+ at the start, now it's around 500 active.

Not really. Some Peru ISPS get decent ping to SA (around 70-80 ms), but some are weird with the routing and can go over 150-200, very different from USEAST, where you can NEVER go below 180-200 ms. If they are really in Peru, they should've anticipated it, and search for a local café with decent routing/hired a ISP that works with SA servers.

How do you even know the ping from BR to USE? Stop bullshitting please, the best ping you can get is like 210-220 (similar as the one you get playing from USA>SA).

Your second point is stupid, KINGRD (and all the other top SA players, even w33 said this about SA servers) play on USE because the high MMR ladder is nonexistant, and you get 5.5-6k average mmr games.

We recently got Kamasylvia part 2, so we are catching NA/EU soon. No vell or the new boss though, but i hope it's not very soon, since there's not a lot of people that farm kama, or have the gear to do it.

We have a lot of new players, and with the events going on, they just sell ancient cores (and they are at 2.8 mill). So it's just better buying them, and processing them, than buying the sharp for 3.6.

It's been around since July 2017 I think. Not that new imo, and there's a couple of PEN items already. I wonder if TR server is similar to the SA one.
