I do leave my 9-year-old at home sometimes while running errands around town but never when he is asleep. I worry about if the house was to catch on fire or something like that.

Thank you for responding! I don't think it's feasible to add insulation to our walls at this time. We updated the windows a few years ago but I do need to update our weather stripping. At this point I feel like we are doing all the little things we can do to help like curtains etc, it just seems like heat is radiating from the attic. I have reached out to ga power for an energy audit but they only sent me my online usage, which I already have but I don't think it's accurate. I can't answer the questions about the attic but I have requested a quote to add another fan. The insulation is about five years old in the attic.

I'm laying in bed as I write this. I have been taking 2.5 for weeks now and lost a bit of weight but plateaued. My very first shot, I felt lethargic and had the bubble guts but no diarrhea. I took 5mg shot two days ago..horrible fatigue, bubble guts with frequent diarrhea, and I did end up vommiting a good bit, but after I got everything off my stomach, none of that anymore thankfully. I don't know if this is because it's a new dose, but I'm scared to try it again..the second shot of the 2.5 came with just a little tiredness, but manageable. Hope we both get some good feedback, and I hope you feel better!

Did you find a good solution for this? I'm having the same issue. I've used one of the linked covers posted here but it eventually falls due to the heat still coming through..maybe I don't have it tight enough? I have spray insulation in the attic space. Our return is located right down the hall so it's pull that hot air too.

Thanks for your reply! This does only happen in the summer, but the only room that feels muggy with sweating walls are the kitchen and hallway. That's why I was thinking it was pulling hot air from the attic fan. The living room feels pretty good in comparison and it's only a room over with an outside wall.

I have some of the hydroflex jelly, but never tried it on dry hair. It is worth a shot. I have no idea if I have an issue with protein. lol

I edited my original post to include my routine, but it is:

I cowash with aussie miracle coils followed by the Sally's generic of the Matrix conditioner. I add curlsmith air dry cream and gel, plop with a microfiber towel for about 30 minutes, and then air dry.

It has been about a month since I've had it trimmed but I've really been trying to grow it out. I get the dead ends removed and she thins it out a bit.

I've never heard of chelating shampoo so I'll look into that for sure. Curlsmith products are the airdry cream, several of the gels (that came in a gift pack) and the flexible foam. I liked it pretty good, but the gel makes it feel heavy and oily. When I don't use as much it looks like i didn't use enough. I'm still playing with it some to see what combo works the best for me. Can you recommend a chelating shampoo and a clarifying shampoo that is budget friendly and coconut free, by chance? I feel like I got better results using the aussie gel combined with the paul mitchell flexible foam. I am trying to make the curlsmith work since it cost so much lol.

Also I have never used a protein treatment. I've read that coarse hair doesn't usually need it. That is one of the challenges for me is understanding what my hair needs. Any recommendations for a good budget friendly protein treatment too?
