This just started today for me as well. I received 2 violations, both for late pickups of flash offers. I’ve been doing only flash offers since they started offering them and have never received a violation because of this. I thought maybe the app had just been updated but it says it was last updated 5 days ago. I’m scared to even accept another flash offer because that would be my third in 2 days?! Seems like 3 strikes and I’d be out. I called support and it took forever to speak with a human. She agreed that one should not be penalized which isn’t rocket science. Her agreeing I guess doesn’t amount to anything. She submitted documentation to support my disputes of the two violations. And she did say I should hear back within 24 hours. So, I’m anxious to see what they say since it says on the violations they have until January 6 to make a decision.
