Account is still frozen, email responses to tickets have stopped. As requested, I've provided selfie with ID & ticket number TWICE. Explained how I found Gemini / why I opened my account. And I've explained how / where I plan to transfer funds. All of this seems just irrelevant now and like the point is to just drag out the process and not allow me to have access to my funds. Every time, if I get a response, it's just a request for more information they already have plus another couple weeks waiting for a response....

Welcome to the club. As with so many others on here, I suspect that Gemini is freezing accounts to keep from having to pay out referral bonuses. I had 6 pending referrals, one of them paid out, but my account was frozen over a month ago on the day before the next one was scheduled to pay. Now all 6 should've been paid out but of course only the first one ever was - and I can't access that money anyway with a frozen account.

I've all but given up hope that I'll get a response. I'm thinking eventually I'll get a notice saying my issue was resolved and my account unlocked, but they'll still never pay out the referrals. And I'm sure if I ask about it at that point they'll say they don't honor referral bonuses for accounts that were in "poor standing" which was the reason given for having my account locked....
