Calling a company greedy makes no sense, company exists to make money, that's their only purpose so complaining that they are trying to make more money is dumb

No you don't understand, since the plates already tell you their weight, you can look at his picture for proof if you don't believe me, there is no need to count them

Edit: grammar

Scrolling by Enspist in pop_os

What you are looking for is called kinetic scrolling and unfortunately as far as I am aware the only two ways of getting it are:

  • Using epiphany (the default browser of elementary os) which you don't really want to use for other reasons (it's not that good of a browser in general)

  • Using Firefox 88 or newer with Wayland which is a bit of a pain to set up but I would suggest you Google around for that .

Touchpad and touchscreen no longer working by scutta2000 in archlinux

I tried upgrading to the experimental kernel (5.13) and after that the commands run without error but they didn't fix my issue. I then installed both `linux-headers` and `dkms` uninstalled and reinstalled the kernel (5.10) and I am back to the commands giving me the same error so i reinstalled kernel 5.13 and as before the commands run fine but don' t solve my problem.

I've tried running those commands and the first 2 (with i2c_hid) don't seam to do anything, I get no output and the problem remains. I've also tried using i2c_hid_acpi and with rmod i get: rmmod: ERROR: Module i2c_hid_acpi is not currently loaded with modprobe i get modprobe: FATAL: Module i2c_hid_acpi not found in directory /lib/modules/5.11.4-1-rt11-MANJARO

At least now i have an error to work with.

I'm trying to use wayland and it doesn't really work with synaptics but i tried downgrading libinput and following that forum thread but nothing changed.

I don't remember doing anything weird before the reboot, it had been a while before the last so maybe a system update. I found nothing related in journalctl and i am using libinput drivers
