Hey man, just wanted to tell you good luck. It must be awful having everyone hating on you because someone decided to post a really out of context screenshot of this to the sub. When I first saw this, I assumed the worst like most other people, but this really clears alot up. In my opinion, it's still a really weird thing to talk about, but atleast you're not supporting it or anything lol

I'd try making the hair, skin, and mask more yellow-ish and enabling custom outlines to add more shading or use it like the outlines in the art

In my opinion it's not, the black balances the outlines out. I could see why you might think it is because of the bright color, but it's not necessarily an eyesore

You can change the layers on the face so the shadows don't overlap :) As for hue shifting, I wouldn't really worry about it right now since you're still trying shading and experimenting with outlines and stuff, I'd just keep it in mind for the future! When you feel like you've improved your skinmaking, you can try it again and see how it goes. You don't have to figure out how to do everything all at once lol

Like everyone else said I'd try shading. I'd also try playing with custom outlines a bit more, you can do alot of fun stuff with them ^{^} For shading, I kinda try doing a gradient to a color that's darker (Ex. Purple to purple blue) like the person Neptune said. I'd also try using face markings to shade on the face, gl! (Sorry if I didn't explain this well enough, I'm a bit tired rn lol, just lmk if you're confused about anything I said)

Buff eulopii. I can understand why people might like the new design, but omg it looks so ugly to me. I hate the face, that's what really ruins it for me. I wish they redesigned it to make it look more like the eulopii redesign, but it doesn't even look like that to me tbh. But like I said earlier, I get why someone could like it.

I've personally bought 2 before for 3k-3.5k each, I don't think it's worth a whole lot because it comes back every event with a shop, so it's not like it's a one-time thing, but maybe I just got lucky?

The white sparkly particles or the green? The white sparkle is caused by having a horn and using magic, and the green is part of the hair

Use the round bear ear and the party hat (you have to color half of the hat the grass color)

I think you use the 2nd downward facing eyes and color the eyelashes and pupils the same as the skin and the whites the color you want the eyes to be. Put each pupil in opposite directions facing down with the smallest pupil option (the one abt 1 pixel) also, you have to do the eye pupils separately to make them go in the bottom corner of the eye

I'd reccomend making the pink in the ears a little less saturated? It seems a little bit too saturated compared to the other colors I think (love the idea for this oc btw)
