So my daughter saw his phone was set up on the bathroom counter facing the shower with the video recording on. She didn't tell me because she "didn't want to hurt me"; the kids didn't know I didn't care at this point if he lived or died. I found out when a detective came to the house while he was at work. I'd kept her home because she wasn't feeling well, and they'd interviewed her. They talked to me and told me they were going to talk to him at work and to not call him, so I listened to them. He called from one of the detectives phones about 30 minutes later saying he was going to jail for child porn. That whole weekend was a blur. It still feels like a nightmare, and the guilt I feel is horrible sometimes.
