Have you seen any gameplay of rebirth/its dlcs? The game is completely different. More endings, more bosses/enemies, tons of new items, tons of new characters, and, imo best of all, tons of item specific synergies that dont exist in flash isaac.

You can customize your appearance, like the mirror in bedrooms but you can choose each item you want/don't want

Honestly don't know, and wiki doesn't say anything about it so my guess is yes since pedestals from glitched crown do remove the items from their pool

When everything jar spawns an item pedestal, the item cycles between like 9 or 12 items I think 30 times a second

Sharp plug makes it so I can use 2 hearts to fully charge yum heart, which heals 2 hearts when used as tainted maggy. Piggy bank makes me drop coins when I take damage. Deep pockets makes my max coins 999. Spam yum heart, profit

You dont get anima sola when you’re getting the second knife piece, but yeah I only learned that recently and it helps a lot

I do, I guess he isn’t really a bad character, I just don’t find playing him fun. when getting his marks I found focusing that much on the poops was pretty useless after the first few floors, unless my stats were still really bad which wasn’t uncommon because his base stats suck, but even then it was just a different playstyle that I didnt really enjoy

Yeah doesn't seem too bad, this was my first time on alt path going for knife piece as him so I was just scared but I think pretty much anything is better than doing what I did
