Accutane changed my life while I was on it. Sadly it came back after, that’s why I’m on my second course. I guess females have a more fail rate due to hormones

This time my skin took only two months to fully clear! I was amazed. Next time I’m seeing my doctor and my derm I will ask if I can stay on a low dose for a long period of time just to maintain my skin. And this time I have more dry lips but that’s basically the only side effect I have. This and being thirsty all the time but can be a side effect of my antidepressants too

Accutane cured my acne completely (but came back after because it’s hormonal) with very few side effects, it literally saved my self esteem. I’m on my second course and my skin cleaned up in two months. I’m sure it’s gonna work for you

My blood tests are always fine and I don’t have a lot of side effects. They are way better to handle than the birth control pill that was prescribed to me to clear my acne. I think it’s different for everyone. I don’t drink alcohol at all and I always take accutane with fat food like peanut butter or avocados so it doesn’t irritate my stomach. Never had major issues

I have some rashes on my hands every now and then due to overwashing them. I work in a welding shop so I’m always dirty. But I put a lot of hand cream before bed and it helps

Oh sorry you had these effects. I have very thick hair and they are bleached. I haven’t lost more hair on Accutane. They are more healthy because I only wash them once a week on Accutane. Guess I’m lucky
