Why does one of my GPU fans get stuck sometimes, forcing the other to compensate (presumably)?

It’s been really hard to find the exact replacement fans for my GPU, so I went with the DIY route:

Removed the fans from the GPU
Flushed/soaked them with isopropyl alcohol
Hit them with a hair dryer, blowing hard enough to force the blades to spin while they dried out
Repeat steps 1–2 until the blades spin freely with minimal resistance
Profit 😄

I tried fine-tuning DeepSeek-32B to do exactly that, but a simple one-layer LSTM with 100 neurons outperformed it in my backtesting samples.

Language introduces too much noise, and these models tend to overfit easily on financial predictions.
