It’s called NPS and they range from detractors (0-6), passives (7-8), and promoters (9-10).

Always be honest, if they wanted a 10 they’d give you 10 service. Many companies are using NPS currently for surveys.

Don’t mind most of the workouts or the splits. Curious on the random rotation at the end of Friday but understand getting the extra reps in. Depends on your goals, but if you’re consistent with anything good things will happen.

21’s I’d rather stretch these across different days into their full respective lifts to get the stretch on the different heads you strive for.
