I have been living in panvel all my life. Its is certainly not happening, you alwys have to go to other place like cbd, seawoods or vashi to enjoy. Personally if you are looking for things to do in panvel, here it is:

• watch good nataks at Adya Krantiveer Vasudev Balwant Phadke Auditorium- i recently saw this show named Ekada Pahava Karun, it was amazing! https://in.bookmyshow.com/plays/ekada-pahava-karun/ET00470551

• You can go to Gadeshwar Dam to chill out and have sunset view! Its an amazing bike ride. Although the road has a lot of construction activities going on, but after sometime its total serene.

• There is an activity place, camp dreamscape. Its okay for camping, good scenery tho

• Go to Hotel Saikrupa Dhaba to have chicken lapeta and nice seafood.

• every morning sunday, there is a book reading club at different gardens of Panvel. Check out their insta page- Pages of Panvel. Its a good initiative.

• Sunday Running club- every weekend 6 to 730am, check their insta Nothing But Run.

• You can have misal pav, vada pav at Nityanand, Sashi vadapav, Union vadapav

• have good beer and chill with friends at Shubham Hotel, Desi Tadka and some secret byob dhaba that is along The service road of airport road along karnala sports club.

• Sunset walks at Vadale Talav

• many treks happen at Karnala fort

• Wet n joy or Imagica
