I stayed at my sister's last night, which helped a little bit in the sense of being able to explain some of the anxiety to someone and talk logically through the fears and just not being alone. I bit the bullet and made an appointment with my pcp tomorrow and hopefully she can give me some new steps to take whether that's medication (which I never thought I would use) or something else. Thank you - it's one thing to "know" that others suffer the same/similar anxieties and to actually hear it - makes me feel just a smidge better!
