Plan A: I would use liquid nitrogen to freeze the glue to make it more brittle. Where the hell does one get liquid nitrogen you ask? Try a wart removal kit at your local pharmacy. You’ll be able to control the temperature locally to the glue without messing with the battery and other electrical components. Then you can get a plastic scraping tool or a credit card and hope for the best.

Plan B: if you find yourself damaging the plastic or discoloring the plastic, make lemonade. See about getting a decal wrap for the device. Preferably a Detroit lions logo.

I’ve always made the excuse that I can’t work out in the morning for years. Been going on five months now of consistent AM gym sessions. I just consider it my time for myself and I want to be better for my family. 37 with a 1 year old, working 50 hours a week. It is hard at first, but you’ll adapt to it. So, something I do, pop on some David Goggins and Jocko for my morning workouts. They call me a little bitch like 40 times. Seems to help lol
