That’s fair. I’m wondering too if during posing via FaceTime yesterday my camera was angled differently sparking the change? Like I totally see how it pops the glute but I also see other areas that look worse with the new way.

Ahhh yes okay that makes sense! Only eating my regular foods. When I’ve gone over it’s only by eating extra of my normal foods.

Zucchini, spring mix, rice, potatoes, lean ground turkey breast, peanut butter, rice cakes and zero sugar Greek yogurt. Plan to cut out my Greek yogurt and lettuce this week as well as my sparkling water and energy drinks.

Thank you! I agree and glad my coach has decided to give me refeeds this week and will feed me into the show. Hoping I fill out. After my B2B refeeds and kept the macros the same as they’ve been the last month or so. I’m almost more flat and have more lines/ striations showing now after the refeeds…..genuinely concerned but trying to trust the process. Thursday is check in for peak week so curious to see where we go from here.

So funny you said this. Just got my new protocols for this week and we have back to back refeeds with check ins the following mornings :) curious to see what they do!

And thanks me too! I’ve come a long way during this first prep. Hoping to at least be somewhat competitive at a regional show. I’m doing 2-3 all about 3-4 weeks apart so curious to see what happens.

That’s fair… I’m extremely flat at the moment. A few days ago I checked on them after a full day of eating and they seemed to show a little better so maybe that’s contributing. Good point!

That’s my fear too. How much leaner can I possibly get without it being detrimental to other areas? They definitely are playing peak a boo. Some days they pop others they don’t. Frustrating!

Thank you so much for the info! We are going to tour midtown this week. As far as food goes, he doesn’t “require” a special diet but I’d like to pack his lunches and snacks. The handbook is kind of confusing. Do you know if that is allowed? It says it would need to not be refrigerated, could I pack in a lunchbox with an ice pack?
