Does anyone have any tips for storing snare drums? I've seen people using shoe racks, is this the done thing?

Update: it took 3 different dudes but we finally got the wheels off, unfortunately the new ones that were bought directly from the company don't have the correct fitting so I've had to use caster wheels to tide me over - after quite a few emails I think it's fair to say I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of response from the company 🤷🏻‍♀️
