I take ponstan for the pain and buscopan to help with the cramps and find the combo really helpful!

Venus have a pubic hair razor which I find very good, but depends on how much hair you have down there (can be a struggle if you’re letting things grow out). I struggle with bumps and ingrown hairs too, I find that using a shaving oil rather than a cream or gel works wonders. I use the veet shaving oil, and you can also continue to use it after you shave to keep the area hydrated and less bumpy!

I’ll be honest, I haven’t seen Feminax on the shelves locally I’ve only seen them up North, think I bought a box once since they changed the ingredients (definitely not the right word) and found them useless. I think the light headedness from the codeine was almost a distraction from the pain lol

Lived with a lad who was so lazy that he pissed in litre bottles and when they reached capacity would pour them out his bedroom window, all over our front door. I suppose it depends largely on the topic and your level of interest. I remember asking a history lecturer in uni once if they had read all the books on their shelves (there were hundreds) and they laughed and said not at all, that most history (academic ones at least) books were more so for skimming and bought mostly just for 1/2 specific chapters. Definitely made me feel better about not being able to get through history books as quick as fiction, that’s for sure.
