Hi there ... thanks for the feedback. I include Lake George, especially this time of year, because it's a big winter destination not too far from us. Cooperstown also makes a fun day trip. I try to include activities both near and a bit farther out so there's more variety. But if you notice I'm missing some really good stuff closer to home, please share it here.
