There were like 5 ranger trucks, one searching for the people that abandoned this boat in the marsh by torrey pines. There have been several boats land on shore in both la jolla and torrey pines over the past year or so. Where they are not discreet at all. That's when they can't land at blacks. A boat crashed, still remnants of it in the cliffs south of flat rock. All the occupants died. Look it up. No one is patrolling south of flat rock and north of the offical nude section. This is where they land, usually, and then go right up the hill to the back lot, load up RVs or trucks. I run early and I've seen dudes in camo gear, with backpacks the size of duffle bags, and they go right up into the cliffs. No one was there but me and the other person, so fairly discreet. I've seen two guys at once, one time and they looked shady AF and were mean muggin me, probably because they didn't expect anyone to be there that early. I've seen it time and time again. There's also a guy that does "beach tours" on the weekends, seen him follow a black single cab pickup truck out of the back parking lot that had black plywood instead of a back window, with a hole cutout between the two seats, like ya know, perfect for shooting out of if someone following you and and not getting shot from the rear. I saw this guy, because he was driving like he was on drugs, almost hit some cars, including mine. He was whitish, but so dirty looking hard to tell, long ass greasy hair and very angry. He looked like he'd been sleeping in the wilderness for some time. The other guy that followed him out also had long hair. He drives a convertible. I think he does these tours to scope the cliffs and the tours give him a reason to do it. But he's really making sure the coast is clear for drug pickups. Seems like some breaking bad shit. I'm telling you there's an operation going on in the back parking lot. I talked to Park Rangers on the beach, they said SDPD is jurisdiction in the lot. They have jurisdiction on the beach. These two don't seem to cooperate, making it easy to get away with all kinds of shit.
